I got stucked in drawing last night and got upset after finishing a ugly work. I scanned into the computer just to find it wicked. Then I decided to go out running for a while.
It was already 10pm when I got out. I felt fresh while heading to the lake. There were still a few people hanging out there, but not many. I started running and I felt different from before, different from jogging in the morning and different from jogging in the midnight along the seaside when in Hong Kong. (I miss so much those healthy days in HK by the way.)
I finished a round pretty easily. I remember I got exhausted after a round in the Sunday morning. WOW!
For the reason, I think my heart and lungs are adjusted to their best status after a whole day. I don't feel short of breath but just felt the happiness of exercising my body.
After all, this is my new finding yesterday. Jogging is not as horrible as before to me. So I have decided to do more in the night. YAY!
